5. Driver Responsibilities

• Hold a valid driving license and insurance.

8. Safety and Conduct

CabMate is not responsible for user behavior. Verify details and report suspicious activity.

9. Payment and Fees

CabMate does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

CabMate acts solely as a facilitator for connecting users. We are not responsible for accidents, disputes, xancellations or disputes between drivers and passengers. Use the platform with caution.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violations or fraudulent activity.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CabMate harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from platform use.
